Lincoln vs Sudbury MCAS

I'm adding a blog because of a recent articles in the Lincoln Journal indicating that their BOS is contemplating breaking the regional agreement with Sudbury. There were several statements made by Neil Feinberg and Gary Taylor that bothered me so I thought I would do some preliminary comparisons.
